Next Steps for Events

1. Fill out provided inquiry to contact Vine & Olive with your basic floral needs, event date and contact information.

2. A phone consultation will be scheduled to discuss event’s overall artistic style, specific floral needs and pricing.

3. Attend an in-person meeting to look at seasonal floral varieties, get a general number of arrangements, floral installs, wedding party florals needed, etc.

4. Receive a written proposal.

5. A venue walk through approximately two months before the event.

5. V&O Design will check in at four weeks before the event to pinpoint last minute details.

6. EVENT DAY!

3. Your flowers will be delivered at scheduled time!
