1. Fill out provided inquiry to contact Vine & Olive with your basic floral needs, event date, and contact information.

2. A phone consultation will be scheduled to discuss the event’s overall artistic style, specific floral needs, and pricing.

3. Attend an in-person meeting to discuss seasonal floral varieties, determine the number of arrangements, floral installs, and any other floral needs.

4. Receive a written proposal.

5. V&O Design will check in a week prior to the event to pinpoint last-minute details.

6. EVENT DAY!
